The interview for the work-from-home support hero position is very drawn out. They first weed out a lot of people through hirevue. It is a recorded video interview. If you make it past that step, a talent advisor will follow up through email to set up a "phone interview" but it's more along the times of hyping the company to extreme measures. They'll go over little details about the job itself, and then answer any questions that you might have. If they think there is some potential, they will set up a Zoom interview with the support hero team leads. There will be a final (4th interview) with the senior support hero team lead. They will all coordinate together after this entire process to tell you if you are hired or not. If I could give any insight to someone applying it would be to read this constructive criticism: Asking someone interviewing to personally reach out and let four past professional references you are contacting them, etc is just a bit much. I would suggest only 1-2, tops. It was extremely bothersome to have a scripted behavioral question interview performed by your tl's and then have to answer those exact same scenario questions with the fourth interviewer. It needs to be more personable and flow more. It felt awkward and very intimidating. I was very disappointed I did not get the job because I felt proud to make it so far in the interview process. It is not a bitter review, it's a detailed one for other people to know what I wish I would have

Easy and very communicative. It was a very solid interview with clear expectations and great questions asked. Friendly and open interviewers and the screening interview was straightforward. There was a typing test as well.
