I applied online. I interviewed at Ballistic Arts Media Studios
Interview
Very awkward interview. Quizzed me on industry jargon. Neither of the people I interviewed with seemed to know what I'd be actually doing, except that I would be defining the processes and benchmarks of a newly created department, but as a coordinator with a very low coordinator salary, and no manager. Which says to me that they were looking for a manager but not willing to pay for one.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ballistic Arts Media Studios (Coquitlam, BC) in Jul 2019
Interview
An email with a list of questions followed with a Phone interview.
Then I had a proposition offered, and an in-person interview:
An Overview of the company and atmosphere
Company goals, questions about ethics and current projects.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How many people have you managed at once? What kind of creatives?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ballistic Arts Media Studios (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2020
Interview
Quick phone call interview, it took around 2 minutes. They seems to check basic background of applicants through phone call interview. And, they don't give any notice who didn't go next round.
