Ballinger interview questions

Virtual one on one interview with someone in Operations. Was asked about my experience and how it would aid me in this position. When I asked them about growth from this position, they didn't have an answer for me, which I thought was very odd. Didn't get a second interview.

First interview over Teams with two people. They ask about your technical skills and your attitude towards certain soft skills. If you advance, the second interview is in person at their office.
