Completed online application and got the online test invitation the next day. Completed the online test that was not too difficult and got the video interview invitation within a week.

Interview
Usual online tests that include maths and literature. Next was a video Interview where a computer asked questions and you had to reply within a certain timeframe. Third was the assessment centre where there was a face-to-face interview, an individual presentation and a group exercise. Finally, there was another face-to-face interview if assessment centre was successful. Was kept updated all the way by the emerging talent team.
