The interview was rather informal and relaxed. Some basic run of the mill interview questions like strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc. Didn't quiz me on a whole lot of EMT skills or knowledge. Seemed to just be getting a feel for me and figuring out my availability. Made sure to bring in all my certs which seemed to leave a good impression.
