The interview was not as bad compared to other interview I've done with other company. I applied through there website and got a telephone interview from their recruitment and selection coordinator. Telephone interview was as quick as it could be, I felt I was rushed by the person who interviewed me via telephone. After telephone interview I was invited to do a face to face interview with the Assistant manager and the supervisor of Intellectual property team. It was a smooth interview. The interviewer was very nice and approachable and explained to me what they're looking for the position. After that I was again invited for third interview with the director. The interview last about 10 - 15 minutes mainly asked why you want to join B&Mc, why you think we should hire you and what do you know about the role. I recommend to the company that IF an applicant is unsuccessful they should contact the person immediately. Lost a job because how late they contacted me about the decision. Nevertheless, was good experience.
