It was an extremely pleasant interview! The interviewer, Carolina, made me feel comfortable, and I felt confident. Shell asked me about wich areas of HR that I had experience and about my current job.

Interview

The interview process was straightforward and comfortable. The questions were direct and easy to understand. The interviewer was really nice and created a relaxed atmosphere, which made it easy to discuss my experience and ask questions.

They mostly focused on my past roles and responsibilities, asking about what I did in those positions and specific tasks I handled recently in my latest role.

Interview

Slow response time, lack of urgency, canceling interviews last minute, lack of preparedness in interviews, being quizzed unnecessarily multiple times on the same primary school basic reasoning skills. Entire process spanned several months for 2interviews.

Super generic, don’t feel the need to prep or research. You’ll get asked all the basics about your background, and be quizzed on simple questions. Like if you have to schedule 2meetings but only have time for one, one is with the CFO and ones with a sales associate who do you prioritize?!? Lol
