The interview process was overall very casual and comfortable. Upon starting our zoom call we discussed the company, what they do, how they work with, how much growth they've experienced since starting and how much the company expects to grow in the near future. Afterwards, we spent time getting to know me and my prior experience and skill set. There was an activity I had to complete online during the interview of roughly eight questions, some skill based and some situationally based. Finally, we finished up the interview with an informative session detailing next steps in the hiring process, standard benefits offered to employess, etc. From start to finish the interview was very informative and I was provided ample opportunity to discuss how I may be an asset to the company beyond what's provided in a resume or within the application itself.
