The interview process at the company is really well-organized and made me feel comfortable. It started with a friendly initial screening where the recruiter got to know my background and what I'm looking for in a role. Then, there were technical assessments that let you showcase your skills in a fun and supportive way. Throughout the process, the interviewer was very approachable and encouraged open conversations, although I didn't engage, in the interest of time, giving me a good sense of the company’s values. This thoughtful approach not only helps me highlight my strengths, but also shows how committed the company is to finding the right fit for everyone involved. I can't stress the last sentence enough!
