She also conducted an additional assessment and explained the overall process to me. She was very kind and took the time to answer my questions.

Very clear process, very kind since the email contact, different interview but in a good way. The questions were all align to the requirement and process. The assessment process was short but clear and they keep the same clarity for the next steps.
