I was reached out by an HR on this opportunity with their Tech & Services group in Chicago. The process was very straightforward - one screening call, one first-round call and then a standard LBO. Was then invited for a super day. The interview was straightforward, mostly behavioral based. No offer though.

Submitted application with ~1 yr experience, a few days later received email to schedule interview, first round with VP all behavioral. Waiting for second round, just got scheduled with an associate.

Had an hour-long phone call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with a panel of 3 bankers then an in-person interview with the same 3 people. Was fairly relaxed, seemed like they were desperate to hire someone.
