It is quite a rigorous process. It entails first sending though your CV and academic records. If they are interested, you then complete various aptitude tests online. From there, they select roughly 20 people to go through to interviews. These are case interviews. There are about 4 rounds to get through. However, Bain are very supportive throughout the process and provide ample resources to do well. They provide interview prep and allocate you a mentor to help you prepare for your interviews.

Question 1
Why management consulting, and why Bain in particular.
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.
