Interview
Online MCQ screening test - with 2-3 questions per case. This is followed by four rounds of case interviews. At the AC and SAC levels, all four rounds are verbal interviews (standard case interview), but for incoming consultants, the last two rounds involve written and presentation components.

Very structured process with case interviews and behavioral. Most easily accessed through on campus recruiting. Very structured and helpful that timing and feedback are quick and clear, recruiting typically runs on cycles, with consultant interviews in winter

Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
