Interview
Well-rounded process.
1st step : Online application (cover letter + CV) then psychometric tests (verbal, numerical, logical).
2nd step : First round of three interviews - a Market-Sizing based-one with an AC, a more classic case with a Consultant and a behavioural interview including 8 basic questions with a Manager. They really go in depth in each of those 8 questions.
3rd step : Second round of three interviews - a case with a Principal followed by another one with a Partner to finish with a written case (45' preparation) with a Manager.
Remember that even if only one "behavioural" interview is scheduled, every one of the 6 interviews are also meant to assess your fit within the Bain culture and how you could work with the people there.

Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
