I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bailey Lauerman (Omaha, NE)
Interview
After one phone interview and 3 face to face interviews on location, was never contacted again. No feedback, positive or negative which is very unprofessional considering BL brand and reputation.
Thank you for taking the time to leave an interview review. We apologize for the lack of communication during the process as we know how time-consuming interviews can be for candidates. We appreciate your feedback and will use this information to help improve our interview process and communication moving forward.

Y'all want to hear about the time I got rejected to a job that I never applied for? Of course, you do. At the time I was looking for a job on BL's website, nothing matched my experience. Therefore, I tossed my resume into the black hole that is "general candidacy."
To my surprise, BL contacted me about a month and a half later with a job opening that might fit my experience. I scheduled a phone screening but had to cancel due to a last minute meeting at my previous place of work. They totally understood and said they'd get back to me with available times to only send me a form denial e-mail a couple days later.
I was surprised I wasn't given a chance and so much for proper HR business acumen....

Very professional. They flew me out and showed me around Omaha. The process was very complete. and besides interviewing me at Omaha where the position I was applying to was based on, they also took the time to take me to their main office in Lincoln where I met some of the leadership of the company.
