Had multiple IW, the last one was with VP of growth. People were very kind, however, they claim are using IA to improve matchmaking and during the IW they told me they made a chat available as a big tech breakthrough.

Interview
There had been no process, I had an interview in person with no HR people in the middle, I had an interview that apparently went very well and eventually they asked me the availability to start and salary expectations, afterwards they disappeared! I've politely asked several times for a feedback, but it has been impossible. Very unprofessional treatment and a waste of time
