Thank you for joining us for a Virtual Hiring Event in 2021, and taking the time to provide this feedback. We understand that the process can be time intensive depending on when individuals apply, but we strive to have open, transparent communication with candidates so they are updated during the process. We understand why you would like to know more about how our decision was made. If candidates ask for feedback, we are always happy to provide some general insight on our decision, but are unable to offer specific feedback to individuals. In short: we advance the candidates that demonstrate the strongest combinations of the characteristics we know from experience are indicators of success at Backroads.
