Had the initial phone screen and was thoroughly unimpressed with this company. The questions were basic and could’ve been answered by looking at my resume for 2 mins. Was not given the opportunity to ask my own questions about the role or company. If they don’t have time for you during the interview then why would they have time for you as an employee.

Met with a recruiter and then another interviewer. The questions were all generic (mostly information that could have been found on my resume). I was clearly told I had another interview with someone, and then never heard anything back until an auto-rejection email weeks later.

Generic and mostly factual rather than behavioral. Q: Describe the organizational structure at your last company. Q: What were the user roles for the product you worked on? Q: What were your job responsibilities? Q: How did you onboard and ensure adoption? Q: Describe your ideal customer journey (as an interviewer, I would never ask this given the length and complexity of LCV and engagement).
