After my initial meeting with the recruiter i had 2 other interviews and after this they were really quick with an offer.

Interview
Interview was conducted in 3 Stages
I was approched by the recruiter @backbase had an initial call regarding position and expectations - good thing was we cleared up expectations upfront.
Stage 1 - A Casual meeting with 2 designer from Amsterdam team. had a really great time chatting with them and showcasing my work to them and getting to know more about the role.
Stage 2 : UX Assignment - they sent me the assignment and asked me for expected timeline - and after submitting the assignment I had and interview setup with 3 people 2 UX designer & 1 Engineering lead. had a great session with them too
Stage 3 : had an final conversation with Delivery Director. it also went well.
on next day I was given final confirmation.
overall it tool around 2-3 weeks, overall I had a great experience. everyone was very clear and concise and welcoming.
didn't took any unnecessary time between the interview process.
special thanks to my recruiter who always followed up with me before and after the interview. and gave me little tips for wherever I needed.
