First recruiter call, talked about irrelevant things for 20min, took ages to get back to me, 2nd was with a developer who was asking questions that were not in the job ad, took ages again to come back to me saying there were better candidates. What's annoying is that they waste a lot of time, both mine and theirs by being disinterested and disengaged.
