First stage interview was a short screening one, over a phonecall which lasted around 30 minutes. Second stage, was over teams, lasted one hour and was a panel interview. I was told they would notify me within 3 days regarding the outcome of the interview. 11 days, three telephone calls chasing, and two email ls later, I was still waiting to hear back from them, even though I was told “they’ll call me back”, they never did. Eventually I decided it was not the sort of company I wanted to be part of. It’s so unprofessional that they couldn’t call back their candidates out of respect, regardless of the outcome and just let them know and provide feedback, but instead they went awol. Not the first time this is happened from reading other reviews.
