Phone interview then assessment centre. Candidates for different positions were at assessment centre as well so it was slightly less competitive which was good. There was a time controlled game a presentation and an interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Babcock International Group
Interview
Online application and test
Then assessment centre - individual interivew, presentation then group interview.
Such a crap company. They don't even bother telling you if you go offer or not. Been waiting for 3 months for feedback when they said they would get back within a week from assessment centre. Called and emailed and just aired me. Such unprofessionalism.
They should still tell someone if they didn't get in without ignoring them and then making them wait for months. It's obvious that I didn't get the job when I've been ignored for this long.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Babcock International Group (Plymouth, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
General competency based questions, including "name a time you've worked in a team" and "describe how you would overcome a complex problem". Other questions asked about background, why I am interested in this role above others, what about Babcock inspires me to work there.
