We were asked to submit 2 long assignments to check content accuracy and the quality of the questions. They screened the PDF documents and then initiated via call/email regarding the opportunity.

There were 2 telephonic interviews followed by face to face meeting with colleagues & senior management. Overall good, asked basic questions, previous work experience and judged interest more. Some preparation of aptitude could be helpful.
