HR promised me a salary which was good but when training started salary was split into fixed salary and variable. and after all, deduction what we received was very less.

Then 2nd video interview round with recruiter then
3rd round will be a video interview round with team manager or sales lead or hr

First they will call and check the availability for telephonic interview , in telephonic interview the will ask for shot intro about yourself , in final round they will ask to explain brief about the job description and your interest in sales
