BUILD interview questions

(1) Phone screen with HR, (2) interview with direct team, including supervisor and peer, (3) interview with adjacent teams, including someone with the same job in a different region and a supervisor from a different region, (4) task evaluation with direct team from interview 2

The interview process was tedious. Four rounds of interview with a task assessment. I understand the need for such. long process because they want to be absolutely sure on who will join the team, but it would definitely be helpful for the candidate to know from the beginning what is expected in the interview process. Besides that, communication was great on all levels.
