I participated in a recruitment process that included an initial interview followed by a technical assessment. After completing all the requested stages, I did not receive a final response or any feedback, despite following up by email.
This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time.

A entrevista é dividida em 4 fases, começando com screening com RH, as duas seguintes basicamente deram problemas de leetcode (medium) para resolver na call junto com perguntas de experiencias passadas e a ultima é com um sócio.
