Telephone rounds followed by in-person interviews back in 2023. The interviewers were friendly, supportive and kind throughout the interview process. It was all about striking a good relationship with the customer. The interviewer then and there offered me the job.

BT has a three round virtual interview which consists of HR round, Assessment and Ops round It is generally based on communication skills. They will not judge you on process as you have to go through the training program anyway.
