Very long & exhaustive process. Firstly, phone screening done for 20 minutes done by hiring manager. They shared ppt with candidates in which they share snowflake schema design. And they ask you to go through that ppt for written test round. The written test was of 3 hours. Seems like a question paper in which you get 100 questions including dbms questions, tableau dashboard description and sql queries. They should keep it short so that we don't waste 3 hours on this round. After 2 days, i was called for another round which was on microsoft teams. They asked me about projects and were more interested in hearing you doing the work in the way they do. Their ways of working is wierd. They asked questions on tableau, sql. After 2 days, there was another round in which behavioral questions were asked. They gave me a case study and ask me to showcase it to their leader in UK. The case study was quite wierd and they expect you to answer it the way similar to their way of working. I modifies the case study 5-6 times before the interview. The another round was around 1 hour and I could sense that the person was not quite happy with my way of working and expect someone who works similar to them. But that was very clear from day one. After few days, when i asked for the feedback they shared that they are not moving ahead with me. Finally, i would just say that the process is really wierd & exhaustive. You should respect other person's timing as well. Also, don't expect people to spare this much amount of time in these lengthy interviews compromising their schedule in current jobs.
