I uploaded my CV on the BT website. Several weeks later was contacted by HR for a 2:1 interview. The interview was conducted by the hiring manager with a HR lady taking notes. The interview was completely competency based with a small somewhat technichal 10min presentation on a topic i was given before the interview.
Online application, then online tests including a psychometric test and a numerical reasoning style test. Then a video interview. All of this is done by an external company and takes a while to hear back.
