I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BT Group (Accrington, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
Had to do an online assessment ( 3 parts to it) including listening test, personality test and senario test - these where multiply choice.
was emailed to say i passed this section and invited in for assessment day.
when i arrived i was taken into a confrerance room with about 11 other people. We went round in a circle and introduced ourselves, what we had done before and how that fit into this role.
We then moved onto an ice breaker where we had to give 2 people we would bring to our dream dinner party and why?
we then watched a power point about BT the role blah blah ...
Then where taken onto the call centre floor to listen to live calls, we had to write down what we thought they did well and not so well in the calls. and then discuss this when we went back down stairs
Then finally where given a peice of paper with a customer sensario and 3 options for the customer and had to discuss in 2 groups what was the right answer and why and then go to th front in a group and each give reasons why we chose this.
