BSS Industrial interview questions

Filled out a form online, received an email for an interview in a few days, interview pretty easy, standard customer service questions, experience in the industry is not essential, be confident

The same day that I had the interview was also the assessment centre, for BSS pipeline. I got interviewed by two specialist one was from Inventory and Engineering. It was quite akward at the start however the overall interview was kinda good. Also it was my first ever interview so you know.
