BSM Technologies interview questions

The phone interview process was very unprofessional. The HR Generalist called and she started asking questions. She neither greeted nor gave an overview of the company before staring the questions. She asked questions like which is your favorite OS blah blah and why. If the company is looking for candidates with experience in specific OS's, post it in the job description, instead of expecting the candidate to answer what you want to hear. Stop wasting your and candidates time.

Short call with HR to ask about my experience, video call with the hiring manager to discuss my experience again in more detail, given a take home design task (expected to take 4-7 hours of work) which was then presented to the hiring manager and the head of the team.
