I initially noticed the job posting on a remote working website, applied and moved on with the process.
First step was a general discussion with the recruiting department, it was mostly a behavioral interview.
Second step was a technical interview with two engineering leads, covering topics ranging from software architecture to unit testing best practises.
It also involved a small demo of a handful of past projects I had worked with.
Both interviews were conducted with a conversational / open-ended approach, and all the people involved seemed to be people I could genuinely see myself working with.
All in all I would say it was an overwhelmingly positive experience. The last part was a cultural fit interview with a paritcular team however I accepted another offer that was in a later stage and had to cut the process short.
