I had 2 video interviews - competency based questions.
Unfriendly and quite aggressive interviewers who just gave the impression that you are stupid when you do not give the answer they expect
Pretty bad experience in general
Very cool interview ans recruiting process. All the paper are sent to you and you don't even have to have a physical presence. The questions where kind and directed to yourself and what you want to do in your career
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BRP (Valcourt, QC) in Mar 2012
Interview
Typical multi-day interview with multiple people including a VP. Also did an evaluation of skill sets and where improvement was needed. This was in Montreal. Lots of standard questions, a bit of a language barrier at times, but not bad. Would help to be fluent in French.
