hr will ask you to fill up an assessment form, and from there they will judge you by the points after filling up the form. and then, they will ask you the normal questions for eg: describe yourself, and what is your strength and skills. only some questions i unable to answer as they want, like if i can be a leader, how capable are you in handling a team.
