Interview
Muliple round interviews with about six department employees. The Interview process felt informal which was nice because it felt less stressful and was more conversational in getting to know each other rather than being put on the hot seat. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly.

Question 1
They asked questions about my educational background, my interests/hobbies, and if I had any experience which I didn't because I was still completing my undergrad. They're more focused on getting to know you as a person, and seeing if your personality fits with the department/team/firm.
