It was basically a standard interview process. It consisted of a total of 4 interviews with different people. I interviewed with the director of Sales, the VP of Sales, the Customer Service team, and one of the owners.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BPI Medical (Fife, WA) in Aug 2019
Interview
There was an initial phone screening interview, then two in person interviews, then the offer. The process was smooth and informative and gave me a good idea of the team I'd be working with.

Question 1
I had to do a technical skills portion which I appreciated.
I applied online. I interviewed at BPI Medical (Fife, WA) in May 2021
Interview
1st phone interview were unorganized and mispresenting their pay rate. HR asked about the salary range and said will only move on if it is within the budget.
2nd interview (that shouldn't have taken place based on conversation of the 1st interview on pay rate) was better and have more content in finding out the company
3rd panel interview was viewed as cultural fit assessment
4th interview was more a less redundant but I see why since these are the people that will be dealing outside of the departments.
After the 4th interview the offer came lower than the lowest rate provided on the 1st interview. Even after a few rounds of emails about the incorrect offers were sent they never bother to clarify that they only willing to pay 2/3 of what my lowest rate stated. They have needlessly wasted all my time and the time of other 10 employees to interview me. Plus they offer no paid vacation day off as the state min requirement for sick days are part of their PTO.
If you want to interview with BPI, make sure you clarify what they are willing to pay first.
