Interview
The interview process was quite intense with multiple rounds of interviewing. Started with Psychometric testing, 2 hours worth of testing then a Digital interview with prompts then a video interview with the managers. This process took a long time but no different to other finacial institutions.
Very chill process with standard online testing, one way video interview on values, and 2 on 1 online interview for the final round. A lot of follow up questions were asked
