first I hade a phone call interview and I was asked about my overall experience in cleaning jobs. Second step, I had a personal interview where I was asked some normal questions about work experiences, how to interface with the costumer and possible scenarios, describing personal background.

Gave speculative CV and recruiter arranged phone interview for a particular role. They did not provide a job spec I had to search myself. It was very poorly written. Role was extremely unclear and when I asked follow up questions about the role, they cancelled the interview for later that day. As their recruiter had suggested this role was relevant for me I would expect they had at least read my CV, but apparently not.
