Interview
I scheduled an interview with Indeed at their virtual hiring event and when I attended the interview, the recruiter was rude with no energy. I had not heard anything from the recruiter weeks later so I finally reached out to the recruiter but got no response. I was contacted by a different recruiter about a week later to schedule a panel interview. I reached out to the recruiter when I never heard anything regarding the position but the recruiter never responded to my email. I finally emailed the hiring manager after almost two months with no contact. The hiring manager never responded, but at least the status of one of my applications finally updated to no longer in consideration. The hiring process is slow and all parties involved are unresponsive.

Interview
Initial 10 min call with HR regarding a role then a 1 hour interview with 3-4 people from the team.
I had my fist interview after which I had a call that I passed and they would like to set up a final 30 minute chat with one more senior employee only. When I logged in to the second interview it was a completely different person than indicated in the invitation. It was actually a group of people from another team who advised this interview is now for a different position. Then they made me have the same 1h interview as I initially passed with more specific technical questions for which I could not even prepare for even if I wanted. After having 2 big interviews they eventually never provided an answer within almost one month (got hired in the meantime elswhere so did not pursue).
Overall very chaotic processs with lot of rescheduling and miscommunication. Many questions regarding overtime and last minute assignments also gave a negative atmosphere to the process but I appreciate they are at least up front with that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly behavioural questions, what would you do in such and such situations. How do you handle stress, what would you do if you are assigned with an important task at the end of your shift. What is your weakness or strengths. Why did you choose this position.
