Overall, the interview went pretty smoothly and was primarily behavioral. The questions focused on my past experiences, how I handle challenges, and how I work in team environments. I felt comfortable explaining my thought process and giving real examples, which helped keep the conversation engaging. While there were a few moments where I could have been more concise or structured in my answers, I believe I communicated my experiences clearly and showed genuine interest in the role. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good opportunity to highlight my strengths and professional growth.

There was an aptitude test which was conducted the previous day for the all the shortlisted candidates. The interview was a panel interview with senior managers from the Operations division. It was a good experience overall with a mix of behavioural and technical questions.
