If you're lucky enough to get an interview, they have all the people interviewing for that position together on a Zoom type call, which I found very odd. Then they interview you individually and ask a bunch of basic, stupid questions about what would you do if...describe a time that...etc but very little about your experience or education. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BNSF Railway (Fort Worth, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
Very typical corporate interview process. First part was a self video interview where you record answers to questions on camera. Overall it took about six weeks from the application to receiving the offer, with about two weeks in between each step.
