A placement firm notified me of the opportunity to interview along with a number of other candidates for filling a potential new position with BNSF. Initial interview was with regional director and another regional team member. Interview was relatively straight forward and questions ranged from past experiences, skills, aptitude for the position, ability to travel weekly, etc.
Subsequently was notified that I was the top candidate and was invitated to travel to corporate HQ to meet the HR Director who I had been informed would be part of the panel but then was not able to attend. HQ interview with the Division director and the regional director.
