Interview was initiated by a recruiter, went to a phone call with an initial contact, and then proceeded to a five person round robin series of interviews at their main office.

Asked about background, relationship with current client, and opportunity for growth potential.
Interview during lunch was informal and thoughtful. Open to any question and answers were direct. Provided compelling reasons why someone would want to work at BNB. Would recommend company to any hardworking, results driven individuals.
