Applied to UK 2026 student placement.
Apply online, do an online test then a assessment center. During the assessment center, they first us to build something out of paper as a team to see how well each of us work as a team. Then, they ask each of us to come up with a plan of launching a new car to workers within BMW, focusing on details of the event and how to attract workers that don't usually come to events like this. Lastly, they asked us to pick a topic and talk about it for 15 mins, our topic was EVs vs ICE cars. After this, they said someone would call and tell you the result and feedback within a week. But no one from BMW ever called me and only sent me a automated rejection email months after the interview with no feedback.
