BMT Aerospace interview questions

Unprofessional approach, no feedback as promised. After one month I called back and surprise...somebody from inside was promoted on that position. They were just shopping around for candidates. Internal networking is highly considered. Stupid question were asked. I could see that they didn't know what are they looking for.
