Submitted app, recruiter reached out a week later, scheduled a HM virtual interview a week later, then silence for 1.5 MONTHS!! This was in December so I understand the holiday rush, but I followed up 4x to the HM and Recruiter and they both said, "I will follow up with an update next week" and they never did. So, after a 2.5 month long drawn out interview process (with 1.5 months of being silent), I still stand here ghosted...
