There were 3 rounds normally, a digital one (you complete and submit your video answer online), hr round (virtual) and then the branch manager (can be virtual or in-person, depending on the personal preference). I'm in the middle of the hiring process.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
