Applied at BMO careers website, got video interviewed the next day. Video questions are exactly the same as those of other candidates. 9 question, 3 for short answers, the rest asks for locations, number of hours of work per week, etc.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
