BMO customer service representative interview have 2 round. First round is digital interview and second round is branch manager interview. All about behaviour questions and more related to customer service. Interview difficulty level is average. Be confident, just tell your experience.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
